4-Day Private Southern and Central Kruger Park Safari Itinerary
Day 1 :
Southern Kruger National Park
You will begin your great experience today by getting picked up from the airport shuttle, which departs at 6:45 a.m. from Johannesburg to the settlement of Hazyview. Your knowledgeable and professional guide will meet you here and care after you during your stay.
Your arrival time at Hazyview will be about 11:00 a.m., leaving you plenty of time to have lunch (at your own cost). After lunch, you will drive a short distance from Hazyview to the Kruger National Park's entrance gate. You will then experience a pleasant and educational afternoon safari in our open safari vehicle, which provides the best view of mother nature and all of the species and plants.
Rest camps in Kruger enable you to really feel the wildlife that surrounds you, and by staying within the park, you may be able to hear lions roaring at night or hyenas calling each other while hunting and eating.
Main Destination: Kruger National Park.
Accommodation: Skukuza Rest Camp
Day 2 :
Southern Kruger National Park
Today, you will wake up early to tour more of Kruger National Park's Southern Section. The southern half of the park is home to a variety of animal species, including rhinos, wild dogs, buffalo herds, elephants, and predators like as lions and hyenas. The south generally has a little more water, which attracts more creatures.
After your morning safari, you will return to camp for a hearty breakfast and some relaxation time in the swimming pool or on a stroll around the grounds, where you may still see intriguing wildlife.
Lunch will be provided today at around 1:00 p.m. After a little nap, you will embark on an afternoon safari. After this wonderful and restful day in Africa, you will have an early supper in preparation for the rest camp's night drive. On this sunset night drive safari, you will look for nocturnal species (animals that are most active at night).
Main Destination: Kruger National Park.
Accommodation: Skukuza Rest Camp.
Day 3 :
Day 3: Central Kruger National Park
Today is the day you will go farther north to see various regions of Kruger National Park. Today, you will gently make your way through the park to Satara (or equivalent), stopping at anything noteworthy along the way.
Satara Camp (and the Satara area in general), situated in the heart of South Africa's Kruger National Park, is renowned for being one of the greatest places in the world to see predators in their natural habitat.
You will eat breakfast on the way to Satara Rest Camp in Tshokwane, a well-known picnic site where you may relax under the shade of beautiful trees; keep an eye out for monkeys! We plan to arrive at Satara Rest Camp in the early afternoon so you may relax before the afternoon/evening safari.
Main Destination: Kruger National Park.
Accommodation options include Satara Rest Camp and Mid-range Rest Camp Lo.
Day 4 :
Central Kruger National Park and back to Johannesberg
After another early morning safari in quest of some of the species you have yet to see, you will gently make your way back to camp for breakfast.
After breakfast, you will leave the Kruger National Park region and gently return to civilization. We expect to be back in Hoedspruit about 10:30 a.m., since your shuttle leaves at 11:00 a.m. You will arrive in Johannesburg at approximately 5:00 p.m.
Your trip officially ends when you arrive at OR Tambo International Airport.
Main Destination: Kruger National Park.
Accommodation: There is no accommodation at the end of the excursion.
