This seven-day excursion begins in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and travels across the Okavango Delta before returning to Maun. This safari is completely inclusive and non-participating. Our entire camp staff is available to assist guests with any of their requirements. A professional chef will prepare your meals, and a professional guide will lead all trips.
Day 7: Maun Airport
Each day below shows where you go, what you experience, and where you can stay—luxury, mid-range, and budget lodge options included.
When you arrive in Maun, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your accommodation. You will spend the night here before continuing on to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve the next morning. The Central Kalahari is the world's second-largest game reserve, spanning 52,800 square kilometers.
Accommodation: Adansonia Hotel.
Early in the morning, you'll enter the game reserve to begin our "desert to delta" excursion. Professional guides will drive our safari land cruisers. Later, you will check into our tent in the reserve and go on an afternoon game drive through the park.
Accommodation: Budget camping
On our third day, you will begin early and eat breakfast before embarking on a morning game drive around the park. You'll have a new appreciation for the arid landscape and species here. The environment here is extremely sandy. As we travel about to witness animals and birds, we will occasionally become trapped.
Accommodation: Low-cost camping
Today, you will have another early morning game drive to the opposite side of the park. This will be your final day in the desert, since you will depart for the delta the next morning. Because of its vastness, you will barely scratch the surface of the Central Kalahari during your visit!

Today, after breakfast, you will drive into the Moremi Game Reserve. This is where you will begin the delta portion of our excursion. Later, you'll settle into your campsite and eat dinner around the campfire at dusk. Fall asleep with the sounds of frogs and birds.

On your sixth day, you will partake in a variety of activities, including bird watching, a boat excursion, and a game drive. You will explore different sections of the Moremi Game Reserve in search of local creatures, birds, plants, and grasses.
Accommodation: Low-cost camping
Today, you'll return to Maun International Airport for your travel home. You will enjoy breakfast at the camp before departing. When you get at Maun, lunch will be waiting for you.
