    Entebbe – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Murchison Falls National Park

    After breakfast, begin your journey northwards to Murchison Falls National Park. The adventure starts with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Uganda's only home for southern white rhinos.

    Enjoy a guided walking rhino tracking experience where you get the rare opportunity to observe these magnificent animals on foot while learning about conservation efforts. Continue towards Murchison Falls National Park, passing rural communities, farmland, and beautiful countryside.

    Murchison Falls Wildlife Game Drive & Boat Cruise

    Begin the day with an early morning game drive across the northern sector of Murchison Falls National Park. Search for elephants, giraffes, lions, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, hartebeests, waterbucks, and possibly leopards.

    After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile towards the bottom of the powerful Murchison Falls. Along the riverbanks, observe large concentrations of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and numerous bird species.

    Visit the top of Murchison Falls where the Nile forces its way through a narrow gorge, creating one of Africa's most spectacular waterfalls.

    Murchison Falls – Transfer to Kibale National Park

    After breakfast at your lodge, leave the wilderness of Murchison Falls National Park and begin your scenic journey towards Kibale National Park, the famous "Primate Capital of the World." This long but rewarding drive takes you through the beautiful countryside of western Uganda, offering views of traditional villages, farmlands, forests, and the rolling landscapes that make Uganda known as the Pearl of Africa.

    As you travel southwards, you will pass through vibrant towns and rural communities, giving you a glimpse into the daily lives of local Ugandans. Along the way, enjoy views of tea plantations, banana farms, and the stunning scenery surrounding the Rwenzori Mountain region as you approach Fort Portal, the gateway town to Kibale Forest.

    Upon arrival near Kibale National Park, check into your lodge and relax after the journey. Accompanied by experienced trackers and guides, you will hike through the lush forest trails in search of habituated chimpanzee communities.

    The trek offers much more than chimpanzee sightings. As you explore the forest, you may encounter other primates including red-tailed monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, L'Hoest's monkeys, and grey-cheeked mangabeys. The forest is also alive with colorful bird species, butterflies, and unique plant life.
