    Day 1

    Arrive in Botswana & Transfer to Central Kalahari Game Reserve

    You'll land in Botswana at Maun Airport, then take a short local flight to Tau Pan Airstrip. Tau Pan Lodge is the first semi-permanent camp in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. It provides absolutely breathtaking views from the raised crest of an ancient sand dune (an rare experience in a region as flat as Botswana) and overlooks the famous Tau Pan, which is known for its stark beauty and solitude.

    Day 2

    Central Kalahari Game Reserve

    Tau Pan offers a variety of activities, including game drives, day tours to the well-known Deception Valley, Sunday, Piper and Passarge Pans, stargazing, and nature walks with Bushman trackers. The Kalahari is home to oryx, desert-adapted springbok, jackals, the uncommon brown hyena, red-crested Korhaan, and wildebeest herds.

    Day 3

    Transfer to Okavango Delta

    Today, you will fly in a light aircraft from Tau Pan to Pom Pom Camp. Pom Pom Camp is located in a private concession in the Okavango Delta, on the border of the Moremi Game Reserve. The breathtaking landscape of the delta's canals and channels surrounds it.

    Day 4

    Okavango Delta

    You may enjoy fantastic leopard and big cat viewing, bush walks (depending on the season and walking conditions), birding (March to December), private night drives and off-road game drives, as well as water sports like fishing (March to December) and mokoro safaris (depending on the water level).

    Day 5

    Transfer to Chobe National Park

    Following that, you'll fly from Pom Pom Camp Airstrip to Kasane Airport, then drive to Chobe Bush Lodge, which is located on the boundary of Chobe National Park. The park is known for its large herds of elephants and Cape buffalo, which congregate along the Chobe Riverfront in the dry months; lions, antelopes, and hippos live in the woods and lagoons around Linyanti Marsh; and the floodable grasslands of the Savuti Marsh attract a variety of bird species, as well as migrating zebra. Chobe Bush Lodge offers wildlife drives in the park (excluding park fees) and Chobe River boat excursions, as well as Namibian village walks, visits to the reptile park, and fishing (for an additional price).

  6. Day 6

    Depart from Kasane

    Your luxurious safari trip of Botswana comes to an end, and you'll return to Kasane Airport in plenty of time for your next departure. However, you will leave with unforgettable recollections of game viewing in some of the country's most famous wildlife-watching spots, including the Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Okavango Delta, and Chobe National Park.
