Your journey begins as you set off along the Nairobi – Mombasa highway, taking a turn at the Email shopping center before continuing on to Amboseli National Park. Experience the thrill of wildlife viewing as you journey to your lodge or camp for check-in and lunch. Prepare for an exhilarating afternoon game drive where you might encounter majestic elephants, powerful lions, swift cheetahs, graceful gazelles, roaming wildebeests, sturdy buffalos, striking zebras, playful warthogs, a variety of bird species, and the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. The Maasai are the prominent ethnic group that thrives in the vibrant landscapes surrounding Amboseli National Park. This nomadic, warrior people once roamed the expansive landscapes of pre-colonial Kenya, preserving their rich traditions while remaining largely unscathed by the encroachments of modern civilization. The one-hour visit to the Masai village offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the Maasai, explore their vibrant culture, and witness their distinctive way of life, while experiencing their customs and practices up close. You will soon embark on your 4-hour journey back to Nairobi. As the sun begins to set, your driver will take you to your hotel or airport, marking the end of an exciting day.
