You will take a shared private flight to the Kalahari after landing at Botswana's Maun Airport. Leroo La Tau is a remote camp on the edge of the huge and dangerous Makgadikgadi Pans. It has a view of the Boteti River, which is an important source of food and water for animals in the area. Guides and trackers take guests on game drives and educational walks. Wildebeest and zebras come in big groups from November to May, which attracts a lot of animals that eat them. "Footprint of the Lion" is what the lodge's name really means. Night drives with spot lights and watching birds finish off the picture.
