When you arrive in Maun, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your accommodation. Spend the night here and then travel the next morning to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. At 52,800 square kilometers, the Central Kalahari is the world's second-largest game reserve.

Early in the morning, we'll enter the game reserve to begin our "desert to delta" journey. We will use safari land cruisers led by trained guides. Later, we will check into our camp in the reserve and go on an afternoon game drive through the park.

On our third day, we will start early and eat breakfast before embarking on a morning game drive around the park. You'll have a new appreciation for the arid landscape and species here. The environment here is extremely sandy. As we travel about to witness animals and birds, we will occasionally become trapped.

Today, we will do another early morning game drive to the other side of the park. This will be our final day in the desert; we will leave for the delta the next morning. We will only scrape the surface of the Central Kalahari while we are here due to its vastness!

Today we will drive into the Moremi Game Reserve after breakfast. This is where we will start the delta portion of our tour. Later we will check in to the camp and eat dinner around the campfire at sunset. Fall asleep to the sounds of frogs and birds.

On our sixth day, we will take part in various activities such as birdwatching, a boat excursion, and a game drive. We will explore different regions of the Moremi Game Reserve in search of local creatures, birds, plants, and grasses.

Today, you will return to Maun International Airport for your travel back home. Eat breakfast at the camp before we depart, then lunch in Maun when you arrive.
