After arriving at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be taken to Hwange National Park for a 30-minute scenic flight. Your Hide Safari Camp guide will take you on a short game drive to the campsite. The Hide Safari Camp is a superb setting on the Kennedy Vlei line, with its own waterhole and subterranean observation hide. During the drier months, enormous herds of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and antelope gather here to drink. Hwange National Park covers 14,500 square kilometers and boasts some of Africa's most diverse fauna. This park is home to approximately 40,000 elephants and a thriving predator population that includes lions, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs, African wild dogs, and the uncommon sable and roan antelope. During your three days at The Hide, you will experience fantastic guided game drives as well as guided walking safaris, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the wonders of the African savannah and ecosystems.
