You will have two transportation options between Moshi town and the countryside. Once in the settlement, you will begin your coffee tour at a traditional Chagga'shamba'. Your guide will describe every element of the Chagga farmhouse, including the other crops they raise besides coffee. You will be able to witness the entire coffee production process, from bean selection to roasting and finally sipping a delicious cup. Following your coffee tour, you will embark on a short climb (bring sport or mountain boot shoes since it can be muddy up there), passing through small communities before arriving at the waterfall. You will either have a picnic lunch box or arrive to a complete spread of freshly cooked lunch provided by a local family. After lunch, you will be able to have a plunge in the refreshing (very cold!) pools behind the falls.
